450 voices of Love Music Junior and Community Choirs are back with a joy and hope-filled programme that champions the just, the fair and those that make space for others, including songs from Bernstein’s iconic ‘West Side Story’ in a brand-new arrangement by Stephen Deazley, with string ensemble from the City of Edinburgh’s Schools Symphony Orchestra. The prophetic and poetic lyrics of another American icon and recent visitor to the Usher Hall Bob Dylan sit alongside songs by Robert Burns and Cornish sea-shanty legends – the Fisherman’s Friends.
