Capella Edina Season 2025

Welcome to the inaugural season of The City of Edinburgh’s symphony orchestra.

Led by 20-year-old conductor Luis Schmidt, we’ll be presenting you with a number of concerts highlighting the diversity of orchestral music, all under our motto: “United by Passion for Music”.

With music ranging from the “Enigma” Variations to The Wizard of Oz; from collaborations that showcase Scottish traditions to concerts premiering new works, there is certainly something for everyone.
